ITC Win at the MyIBA Awards 2015

The MyIBA awards took place on Thursday October 22nd, in The Round Room, Mansion House as part of the 2015 Annual IBA Lunch.  We are delighted to announce that Ceara Kerrigan was shortlisted for the outstanding achievement Award and Elma Fox took home the prestigious Team Leader of the Year award.

Ceara has recently been appointed Head of Risk in ITC.  She has worked in the company since 2003, in a variety of roles.  During this time she has gained a wealth of experience working in the client services and finance departments. Graduating with a degree in business in 2003, she went on to become an associate of CIMA in 2010.  She ranked in the top 10 people in Ireland in her final exam.  She is highly organised & methodical in all that she does whether it is the running of excel classes for her fellow colleagues or the completion of a large audit file.  Even under pressure Ceara remains a positive influence and frequently goes out of her way to help others. She is a great personality to have in the business.

Elma joined ITC in 2005 and is responsible for managing services to our group pension clients. As Trustee Manager, Elma leads her team who are primarily involved in providing specialised professional, independent trustee services to occupational pension schemes.  Elma has an ideal disposition for the management of people and the creation of a strong team.   She has always recognised that to maximise team performance the strengths of all team members must be recognised. Currently Elma sits on the Council of the Irish Association of Pension Funds and is a member of their benefits committee.  She recently became a committee member of the volunteer group “Connect Women in Pensions” which seeks to connect women through networking events.  She is an inspirational speaker and cares deeply about developing the pensions industry.

The management and staff in ITC would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Ceara and Elma. We are delighted that their hard work has been acknowledged by the IBA.
