The MyIBA awards took place yesterday, Thursday October 23rd, in The Round Room, Mansion House as part of the 2014 Annual IBA Lunch. We are delighted to announce that Sarah Harkin of ITC took home the prestigious Customer Service of the Year award.
Sarah has been part of the Advisor Services Team in ITC for over two years. Her principle responsibility is acting as the point of contact for all new business queries for self-administered schemes. Sarah obtained a BA at the University of Ulster, Coleraine and has completed the LPAC with the Insurance Institute. She is currently completing her QFA examinations.
Sarah’s dedication to providing great customer service can be seen every single day. Her helpful nature in assisting advisors, clients and colleagues aids greatly in building a supportive culture that the company can be proud of. Even under pressure Sarah remains a positive influence and frequently goes out of her way to help others. Sarah is a great personality to have in the business.
The management and staff in ITC would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Sarah on her award and are delighted that her hard work has been acknowledged by the IBA.
