Introducing ITC Nexus

ITC Nexus is designed to give our brokers greater control to create and manage new business applications and existing schemes. With simplicity in mind, the portal streamlines the onboarding process allowing brokers to quickly upload applications and AML documentation online.

Facilities include:

• Paperless applications.
• Ability to monitor live application progress.
• Improved communications and response times.
• Easy access to view clients’ live bank account balances, including transaction visibility, key documents, such as client annual scheme reports, and scheme details.
• Online signature feature. This reduces the application process from days to minutes.
• Video tutorials designed to guide users through the scheme and client set-up process. These videos are available through the Knowledge Base section of ITC Nexus.
