Changes to the ITC Team

We recently made some important changes to our ITC Management Team.

Sean McLoughlin has decided for personal reasons to step down from his executive role as Head of Advisor Services effective from 31st August 2019. As a founder director and leader of the company for the past 25 years, Sean will continue his involvement with the group in a non-executive director capacity.

Glenn Gaughran has replaced Sean as Head of Business Development & Marketing, taking full responsibility for the ITC business development and marketing activities. Glenn has an in-depth knowledge of our business, strong technical knowledge and was heavily involved in shaping our ITC Nexus offering. During his twelve years with the company Glenn has earned respect and has developed strong working relationships with our key intermediaries and corporate partners.

Oliver Melia has taken over from Glenn as Head of Customer Services, to lead our 25+ strong Client Services team at this crucial time as we roll out our ITC Nexus offering across our business to improve customer service and operational efficiency.  His experience from his previous roles as Client Services Manager and Service Delivery Manager give Ollie a unique overall perspective on how we can excel at customer service.
