Customer satisfaction is top priority for us in ITC. Through systems like our ITC Customer Voice and annual surveys we are able to consistently monitor feedback to ensure we are meeting our customer’s expectations.

Below we have shared some highlights from our surveys, that we hope illustrates our ongoing efforts to improve your experience with us.

Additionally, with the help of your feedback, we have been able to reassess our handling of queries and prioritise our response times as set out in our Service Level Agreements (SLA).
