Collective Investments
Through our unit trusts, we provide structures to facilitate collective pension investments of various types. These include investments in residential and commercial property as well as investments in private companies.
The regulatory environment for all collective investments has changed with the implementation of Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and we have taken the lead in structuring investments to comply with its requirements.
On the pension side, we provide unit trust structures to facilitate collective investments of various types. These include investments in residential and commercial property as well as investments in private companies.
The unit trust provides flexibility to structure various types of investments in a tax efficient and secure manner. The unit trust can be used by a number of investors to invest collectively in property in Ireland or abroad. The unit trust can also be used to invest in a private company or other product on a collective basis.
