Leanne Devery

Head of Customer Services

Leanne is responsible for strengthening and improving our customer service by developing policies, processes and procedures to continually improve interactions with all our customer base.

Leanne joined ITC in April 2017. She obtained a double honours BA in Business and English from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth.

Before joining ITC, Leanne spent a year and a half working in sales support for a global computer networking company. Leanne obtained a Professional Diploma in Financial Advice (QFA) in 2018 and a Professional Diploma in Retirement Planning Advice (RPA). She has also achieved a Higher Certificate in Property Services and Facilities Management from Sligo IT.
