From 24th Sept - 4th Oct, we will be conducting our annual survey. The ITC survey has been designed to allow us to gain feedback on how we can support our clients and advisors in their everyday business. The survey covers areas such as; ITC’s products, support and services.
In the past, the feedback and suggestions we have received has allowed us to improve our customer service standards, innovate our processes and develop new service delivery methods like:
- The Client Portal
- The Broker Portal
- ITC Nexus - New Business
- ITC Nexus - Case Management
- Real-time valuation reporting on operating accounts and LEAP
- Exceptional Service Awards to commend staff whose hard work and technical skill were highlighted in the survey’s feedback
In appreciation for providing feedback, participants, should they wish, will be entered into a draw to win a 32” Smart TV.
Our surveys will be distributed through email on Tuesday, 24th September. Thank you to everyone who has taken part previously. Your feedback really has made a difference.
